offered in, particularly business development managers, export managers, salespeople, sales managers, account managers, sales representatives and any support staff assisting them.

Do you only train salespeople and BDMs?
No at all, anyone is welcome to join the training sessions if they feel they could benefit from them, including business owners and managers.

Should business owners or managers join the training sessions?
This is entirely up to them, depending on the level of engagement they prefer.
They are always welcome to attend all or part of a session too if time does not permit them to be present the entire time.

What do the training courses cost and how do I get a quote?
Every training session is unique, depending on what a client requires, where they are located, and how much preparation work is required. Once all the training requirements are understood, a formal quote will be submitted.

Does group size matter?
No, not at all, any group size can be accommodated, provided all
health and safety requirements are met in terms of numbers.

Where does the training take place?
The client decides on where the training will take place and makes all the necessary arrangements for the premises and any catering requirements.

Do you offer any other type of training and coaching?
Yes, there is flexibility with all training courses, and they can be
customized for clients too.

Are there any refresher training courses available?
Yes, these can be arranged at whatever interval a client feels
appropriate.

What are the payment terms for training courses and mentoring sessions?
There is a 50% deposit payable to confirm a booking and the balance
is payable within 7-days of invoicing.
